About Me

My name is Noah Caldwell. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a family of seven. I am only 15; I am in the middle of my brothers and sisters. I have an older brother (college age), an old sister (also college age), and a younger sister and a younger brother in elementary school. I love them all vewy vewy much, and I do my best not to fall into the teenage moody stereotype.
I go to school downtown at the STEM Academy. My dad drops me off at a city bus stop every school day, where I hop onto a bus, ride to the station, and ride a trolley to school. My electives are Band and AP European History. I also take Latin even though I took Spanish I and II last year, because the school requires all students to take two semesters of Latin. I actively (independently, with no prodding from my teachers) seek out knowledge of calculus, trigonometry, chemistry and physics. I enjoy all of my classes and learning in general.

My hobbies include:
Reading (fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, realistic fiction, generally not nonfiction)
Playing videogames (I own a PS2, an Xbox 360, a Wii, a DS, and a Netbook. So it’s console gaming for me.)
Writing (frequency varies. The muse must strike me for me to do anything worthwhile.)
Camping (I’m the Senior Patrol Leader of my Boy Scout troop, and one of the most active)
Boy Scouts (see preceding activity)
Programming (I recently decided to learn this. I’m currently working on C++; I plan on learning OpenGL so I can do some game programming)
Climbing, hiking, biking, swimming, most physical activities that are not sports
Music (I listen to many different genres, from game music to classic rock) (I am a percussionist, but I am also taking piano lessons, and am advancing rather rapidly (Or so I like to think.).)
Solving puzzles (Portal, chess, backgammon, Monopoly, any puzzle in general FTW)
